Hi friends, 
You must be thinking that why i am posting such a simple recipe here. I have a bit different view for this bean. Actually i have seen that in many houses people make this curry as we make simple daal/ lentils in our regular routine. That method does not appeal me as i think Kidney bean is so nutritive and full of health benefits, So the outcome should be drool worthy. 
I did not want to say people do not know how to cook this bean, i just wanted to say is that it is packed with nutrition so please pamper it while preparing it. Take some more time to cook it. Whenever i make this i prepare the stuff first, if one thing is less then i postpone to make it. So please do not mind if you felt bad. These are my views.
You go ahead with your version. I am  here with my recipe.
Rajma                    - 2 cups 
Onion                    - 2 medium
Tomato                  - 3 medium
Gingar                   - 1 inch
Garlic                    - 4-5 pds
Cumin seeds          -1 tsp
Coriander seeds    - 1/2 tsp
Red Chilly pdr      - 1/2 tsp
Tarmric pdr           - 1/2 tsp
Chat masala          - 1/2 tsp
Amchoor pdr        - 2 tsp

Take your ingredients

Boil beans/rajma

Grate onion,tomato, ginger,garlic

Heat oil and throw cumin seeds

Throw Coriander seeds

Add grated onion tomato mix

Add salt and red chilly

Termaric and chat masala

Add all spices

Mix Well and leave it for 2-3 minutes

 Oil separated after 2-3 min

Add 4 cups water

Add boiled RAJMA/KIDNEY BEANS and simmer for 10 min

  1. Soak Rajma for overnight and boil for 15-20 min or soak them in hot water for 3-4 hours and then boil.
  2. Do not skip using Amchoor powder and chat masala in this gravy for real taste.
  3. Add water accordingly, if u have water left after boiling rajma then use that for gravy, other wise use fresh water.
