French Fry My Style

Potato Fry OR French Fry 
Its all my style

Hiiii Frnds,

Hope You are enjoying first shower of monsoon in Delhi. So with the first shower, here I am posting a crispy crunchy recipe of Potato fry, french fry style. Its not exactly french fries which we get in Mc d's. As it was served as side dish for kids and also for bit healthy side i shallow fried them and made them bit soft. You can fry them directly and enjoy real French Fries like we get outside. Its all time favorite of kids and elders. All age group enjoy these fries.
So here we go with he recipe.

Ingredients:-
Potato              - 3 medium
Cumin Seeds   - 1tsp
Amchoor Pdr  - 1tsp
Salt                  - 1tsp
Red Chilly pdr- 1/2 tsp

Method:- 
Take your Ingredients

Cut thin strips

Heat oil in pan

Throw in the potato

Mix Well and let them turn brown 

Getting Brown

More brown

 Now make space in middle of the pan (see below pic)
see there is some oil gathered

Now throw cumin seeds in this oil, Let them crackle

Mix them well

Add all spices

Fry for more 2 minutes

DONE DONE DONE

Notes:-
  1. You can cut potatoes in any shape you like, but i prefer this one.
  2. After cutting potato's give them a good wash in water 2-4 times, then let them dry. You can leave them for 10-15 min.
  3. Dried potatoes will take less time to cook
  4. If you re using less oil like me then do not turn them frequently. turn after each 1-2 min.
  5. I made them bit softer, so after adding spices i covered and cooked for 2 min. you can skip this step.
  6. Serve it as side dish or just enjoy with any sauce in rainy day.
