Chana Paneer Tikki/
Cutlet with White Chickpea and Cottage Cheese
By the time i have started my blog i have started experiment with food, earlier i was very afraid of trying anything new. In my aloo tikki post you can see i use to make only simple tikkies. But now i have started making different and more healthier version of tikkies/cutlets. Earlier i have posted my Rajma Paneer Tikki which was a huge hit in my house. Now i have tried tikki with white chana and paneer which again came out good.
Kids were asking for burger. i wanted to fill it with more healthier tikki. So i made it with aloo, paneer and white chana and it came out so scrumptious. I was very happy to see my kids relishing it.

- You can skip potato or paneer in this. But for healthier version do not skip anything.
- Add your favorite spices.
- You can deep fry them, but i always prefer baking with little oil.
- Use for chats/ burger/sandwich or anything you like.
- You can simply serve it with sauce.
