Soya Chaap Masala/
Soya Chaap dry Side dish
Hope you all enjoyed weekend. If you are new to my blog then see details of Soya Chaap here. Earlier i posted my Soya Chaap Sabzi Gravy. Which was a huge hit. Yesterday i made this Soya Chaap Dry Masala. It came out so delicious. It was over within few minutes and i regretted later that i used only 1 kg chaap for this, it should be at least 3 kg's as my kids and husband were asking for more and more and at the end i shared my plate with my son as he was asking for more.
I made chaap masala, Chatpate Rajma, Vegetable Salad, Boiled Rice and Chapaati. Its great dish If you are organizing party or want to cook for your loved one, then Please try this once, i bet you will not be disappointed. It is excellent for the guests who prefer non-vegetarian dishes. Somebody told me it looks and taste like non-veg. You can experiment with your favorite masala in it. I am planning to try it with sambhar masala, wait for new version of this yummy dish. Till then try this dry masala and watch your family enjoying it.

- I made small pieces for easy serving, you can make big pieces as per your wish.
- If you want to make them in large quantity or for next day party then boil and cut them night before and fry and make sabzi next day.
- If you are short of any spice in it replace it with any of your favorite masala. You can use chat masala as well.
